Vegetarian Low Carb Dilemma – Day 4


While I hear a lot about vegetarians struggling to ingest enough protein, instead what I find myself struggling with during this experiment is trying to keep my food consumption not just exclusive of meat, but at the same time keeping my carb consumption low (under 100G/day)… And to top it off, still eat something warm.

Besides a salad, seriously, what is there to eat for lunch?  I’m just looking for hot food that isn’t pasta…  And don’t tell me tofu!  Tell me something I can actually buy on the streets of Miami for lunch.
